Skilled pediatric nursing care is available to all clients. Nurses monitor, assess and provide necessary interventions such as medications, respiratory treatments and tube feedings to ensure safe, quality care. Each client is assigned a primary nurse to provide continuity of care and coordinate services in the community.

Care is provided for children with the following diagnosis and/or conditions such as (but not limited to):

  • Apnea

  • Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia
  • Catheterizations
  • Central Line Care
  • Cystic Fibrosis
  • Cerebral Palsy
  • Developmental Delays
  • Diabetes
  • Down Syndrome
  • Feeding Disorders
  • IV Medications including TPN
  • Nasogastric and Gastrostomy Tube Feedings
  • Oxygen Assistance
  • Palliative Care
  • Pre- and Post-Transplant Care
  • Prematurity
  • Seizure Disorders
  • Spina Bifida
  • Spinal Injuries
  • Tracheostomies
  • Traumatic Brain Injury
